Sowing for the Harvest
Fresh Visions Community Church (FVCC) is indeed a “Community Church” as we believe in sowing into our local community through our time, talents and treasure. Therefore, FVCC partners with local, non-profit agencies that best meet our community needs and provide assistance to causes consistent with FVCC’s core values. Part of our local church mission efforts is to “Build a Better Community by Building a Better People.”
Annually FVCC partners with non-profit organizations volunteering through service ours (time), assisting non-profits with service projects (talent) and contributing to causes that meet community needs (treasure). Some of our current and past partners include:
- Springfield Boys & Girls Club of Central Illinois
- Sojourn Women’s Shelter
- Mini O’Beirne Crisis Nursery
- Outlet Young Men’s Mentoring Program
- Central Illinois Food Bank for Dubois
- Senior Service Center
FVCC will continue its local community focus as it begins to expand broader toward foreign missions.
